'Is “Access to Information” Not a Human Right?' is the subject of Barrister Jean Atabong Fomeni's open letter to the Chairman of the National Commission on Human Rights and Freedoms (NCHRF), Dr. Chemuta Divine BANDA. In the letter, the young lawyer accuses the NCHRF of breach of Article 1(3) of the Cameroon constitution that grants equal status to English and French as official languages.
