The City Mayor of the Bamenda City Council, Achobong Paul Tambeng has declared that the challenges of Bamenda are those of hate, anger and pain. He said these had caused many citizens of this city to go on exile. He said those citizens in exile were not happy with their present predicament. "The wellbeing of this Municipality is a collective affair.
