Members of the National Assembly in Cameroon have reportedly contributed the sum of CFAF 100 into the solidarity fund in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic. It was the MPs own way or efforts to support Cameroon as it continue in its fight against the pandemic that is continually spreading across the country. The health crisis has not only crippled social and health life in the country but has equally crippled to a larger extent the economy.

Sudan: PM Suddenly Fires the Director-General of Police and his Deputy Barely a Week after Reassuring Change

Following the recent large protest across the whole of Sudan in demand for greater political reforms, it transitional government has fired the police chief and his deputy. Mohammed Basheer, the Direct-general of Sudan’s Police Force was relieved from his duty by the country’s Prime Minister-PM, Abdalla Hamdok. The PM reportedly immediately replaced Bashaer with Ezz Eldin Sheikh Ali.

Kim Jonghan, the newly installed ambassador of Korea to Cameroon has presented his accreditation documents to Mbella Mbella, Cameroon Minister of External relations. Prior to his designation, report shows that since 2017, the new ambassador was occupying the post of Minister-Counselor of the Korean embassy to the People’s Republic of China.
