'Is “Access to Information” Not a Human Right?' is the subject of Barrister Jean Atabong Fomeni's open letter to the Chairman of the National Commission on Human Rights and Freedoms (NCHRF), Dr. Chemuta Divine BANDA. In the letter, the young lawyer accuses the NCHRF of breach of Article 1(3) of the Cameroon constitution that grants equal status to English and French as official languages. he Cameroonian diaspora is currently one of president Paul Biya’s greatest nightmares. And probably, the greatest nightmare comes from the Anglophone Cameroon diaspora. At the onset of the Anglophone Crisis in November 2016, the Cameroon government had no idea about the potential of the Anglophone Cameroon diaspora. They thought that the old tactics of repressing dissidents into silence would work just find, again. But it was a big mistake.

Court case of Sisiku and co Adjourned yet again

The Cameroon Court of Appeal has once more adjourned the case between Sisiku Ajuk Tabe and others. This comes after the last adjournment was made on grounds that they did not appear in court as prescribed by law. This time around, despite their presence in court, the court adjourned the case for an extra one month.
