It was on January 25th, 2021 that the Cameroonian Prime Minister Joseph Dion Ngute granted an audience to a delegation from the Turkish company. It was to present the company’s plan to produce 300MW of energy using a boat moored at the port of Douala, that the delegation visited the Star Building.
