After the Catholic and the Muslim communities denounced the use of the vaccine against cervical cancer on young girls in their institutions stating that it was incomplete and untimely on girls aged between 9 and 13years, Cameroon’s Minister of Public Health, Dr. Manaouda Malachie has debunked the claims calling for its further use. According to him, misconceptions have been a blow on the launched administration of this vaccine.
