Cameroon’s National Football team’s Coach Antonio Conceiçao Oliveira has called two players into the Lion’s den ahead of the games against Cape Verde and Rwanda.
The Coach called Goalkeeper Haschou Kerrido of PWD of Bamenda and striker Martin Ako Assomo.
Kerrido of PWD has become Conceiçao Oliveira 37-man preliminary squad for the AFCON 2021 qualifiers games against Cape Verde and Rwanda.
It is reportedly Striker Martin Ako Assomo’s outstanding performance at the CHAN 2020 that impressed the coach who in turn called him up for further business in the Cameroonian football world.
For the match day 5, of the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier after the goalless draw in Yaoundé, on March 26th, Cameroon will face Cape Verde. For the match day 6 which will come four days later, indomitable lions of Cameroon will host Rwanda.
Meantime, with 10 points, the Cameroonian football team is presently on top of their group.
