Cameroon: Morocco Coach Accuses Cameroon of “Refereeing Favors” Since Start of CHAN

As Morocco prepares for Today’s match with Cameroon, Lhousaine Ammoula, Morocco coach has accused Cameroon of “refereeing favors” observed since the start of the African Nations Championship (CHAN).

The coach advanced his claim during the Tuesday February 2nd pre-match conference that held in preparation of match between his team and the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon.

“We have the feeling that since the start of the competition, referees have been favoring the Cameroonian team. But I prefer not to speak for the moment,” he said.

So far, however, Morocco is the highest scoring team all along the competition. They have recorded nine goals.

Despite claiming that Cameroon has been benefitting from the referees to push through the games, Ammoula remains optimistic that he and his team is ready to face the Lions and will surely increase their scores.

“We have to produce beautiful football to the public and that’s all we have to be focused to do at the moment,” Coach Ammoula maintained.


The match will play this Wednesday February 3rd at the Limbe Stadium in Buea, South West Region of Cameroon.
