Following dismissal approach from his Belgian soccer club KV Oostende, Cameroonian international goalkeeper Fabrice Ondoa has said he did not host any lockdown party, not even in violation of corona measures, while expressing astonishment over the fact that his own club did not even invite him before taking such a drastic decision.
Just as his fans started questioning if he was summoned or even listened to, the goalkeeper has said he was just sent the dismissal approach. In a post minutes after receiving the mail he wrote, “I got the news by mail this afternoon, almost at the same time as the press…I chocked because the leaders did not even bother to listen to my own side of the story…”
According to him, his conscience is clear and regrets the club’s dismissal approach.
Ondoa added, “If they had bothered to invite to explain myself, they would have understood I have nothing to reproach myself for. I didn’t organise anything at all and it certainly was not a “lockdown party”. Terms are important in life…”
Reports from media outlets including the Houston Chronicles show that last Saturday the police were called to a polluting party in Ondoa’s apartment in Belgium. The ten guests violated Covid-19 measures, Houston Chronicles reported.
The dismissal approach was for his “selfish and irresponsible” behavior that’s health-endangering to his mates.
