Cameroonian Pierre Ngon Becomes CEO of the Benin/Niger cluster of Bolloré Transport & Logistics

A 47-year-old Cameroonian Pierre Ngon has taken over from the Beninese Jérôme Binois as CEO of the French group Bolloré.

Officially since yesterday, Monday September 14th, 2020, Pierre Ngon became the new CEO of the Bolloré Benin/Niger Group subsidiary of Bolloré Transport & Logistics.

He will take “Responsibility for logistics and shipping activities in the two countries, under the supervision of Executive Chairman, Venance Gnigla of Benin", the information note published by the company has indicated.

Taking over his new post the new CEO indicated that the managerial positions of the French company in Cameroon and then in Equatorial Guinea and Niger were filled with challenges.

 However in his own words he has pledged that, "The employees are enthusiasts and the challenges for our company are great. Together, we will continue to develop activities, offer our customers competitive solutions and participate in the socio-economic growth of these two magnificent countries.”

The new CEO of Cameroonian nationality is a holder of a master's degree in management science, finance & accounting which he obtained at the University of Douala, economic capital of the country.
