Cameroon: Some 32 Indomitable Lions to Partake in Holland Camp Training, Clinton Njie Inclusive

In view of the upcoming camping in Holland, Head Coach of the Indomitable Lions, Atonio Conceicia Olivera has today September 14th, 2020 published a list of 32 players called to camp for training in the month of October 2020.

The list was read live on FECAFOOT's Facebook page by the Head Coach, with Clinton Njie regaining his place in the Lions' den after he tendered an apology to the Cameroon Football Federation and footballer fans some days ago over his regrettable sex scandal.

The camping is slated to take place from October 5th to 13th, 2020 with some new faces making their entry into the list of the 32-man squad for the first time.

According to the list, two new shot keepers -Blondy Noukeu from Stoke City in England and Boris Esselle who plays with Bourg Perronas will join Andre Onana and Fabrice Ondoa.

While the defense line has no new player, Neyou Yvan and Ndenge William are new midfielders in the team. For the attackers, two new players have been summoned to camp -Tabekou Serge and Ayuk Eric.

However, some seven team members have not featured on the list. They include: Omossola, Allan Nyom, Georges Mandjeck, Gaetan Bong, Arnaud Djoum, Christian Bassogog and Stephane Bahoken

The camping is in line with the 2022 AFCON Qualifiers and the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers. It will end with two international friendliest; the first with Japan on October 9, 2020 and the other with the North African Country of Algeria.

This will be the first training session and resumption of games for the Indomitable Lions since their activities were halted by the novel coronavirus pandemic on Match 2020.
