The Secretary General of Social Democratic Front-SDF has signed a release stating that late Honorable Mbah Ndam Joseph Njang will be buried on June 27th.
According to the release, the Secretary General Jean Tsomelou, stated that the burial rites of their deceased Member of Parliament-MP will take place on the weekend between 26-27th of June. He was the party's MP for Momo Division.
He has called on sympathizers and party members to stay mobilized as the detailed program of the burial was not revealed.
It was in April 13th, 2020 in Yaounde following a brief complained illness that the honorable died.
According to close sources he was fine on Sunday, April 12th and had driven the car. It was until 11pm of that same Sunday that the Honorable complained that he was not feeling fine. He was rushed to a clinic in Yaounde but he died hours later.
Honorable Mbah Ndam Joseph was former opposition SDF Member of the National Assembly from 1997 to 2020. He was equally the party’s First Legal Adviser.
His last public appearance was at the Constitutional Council where he defended the petitions filed by the SDF substantive candidates calling for the cancellation of the February 9th 2020 legislative election in some constituencies. And the council actually cancelled the elections in 11constituencies.
Honorable Mbah Ndam was born on February 28th, 1955, in Batibo in the Momo Division of the South West Region of Cameroon. He died at the age of 65 but a very active member of his party.
